Exchange Policy

At Paix LLC, your satisfaction and product hygiene are our priority. Due to the nature of our products, we operate a strict exchange-only policy to ensure quality and hygiene standards are maintained for all customers.


Exchanges Only

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not offer refunds. We only provide exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

All exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your order.


Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
  • Exchanges are available for size or product variation only, subject to availability
  • Customized items (including printing, embroidery, or personalization) are non-exchangeable
  • Accessories or add-on items are non-exchangeable
  • Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

In such cases:

  • We will replace the item at no additional cost
  • Priority processing will be provided

Processing Time

Approved exchanges are processed within 2–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.


Payment Method Note

All payments are securely processed via Stripe.
